As we start the New Year, I want to reflect on the remarkable growth that the Source team has achieved over the last 12 months and highlight some of the strategic areas we’ve focused on to ensure our future success.
2024 was a year of record breaking. We collectively processed over 2.5 million pallets over the course of the year, a remarkable 30% growth compared to 2023. We also expanded our warehouse network, adding two new buildings with an additional 800,000 square feet, bringing us to 3 million square feet of storage space across the US.
2024 was also a year of preparing for our long-term success.
We invested time and resources into expanding our operational capabilities across every part of our business in an effort to better serve our customers. We also empowered our teams by hiring new, experienced leadership team members and upgraded underlying business operations, technology and processes. In 2025, you can expect to see the benefits of these efforts.
I am immensely proud of what we have accomplished, and I want to thank the entire Source Logistics family – our employees and our customers – for helping us to grow to where we are today.
As I look ahead to 2025, I’m filled with excitement and optimism. We have new goals to pursue, a set strategy to guide us, and new challenges to conquer. We often talk about the Source DNA – a spirit of collaboration and drive that has brought us this far. It’s fundamental to what and who we are, and I believe a key factor in what enables us to achieve the milestones that we have.
Together, we’ll continue to push boundaries and achieve even greater heights, building upon our success in 2024 to make 2025 another standout year.
