With 12 years already dedicated to Source Logistics, and an additional 8 years in the logistics and manufacturing sector, Luis has been a cornerstone in driving operational excellence and strategic growth within the company. 

Luis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from Texas A&M University and has honed his skills in global business practices, continuous improvement and strategic management in countries such as Mexico, China and USA, . 

His extensive experience and deep understanding of operations have been critical in enhancing Source’s national operational framework.

Luis’s exceptional leadership and commitment to innovation have consistently delivered outstanding results, making him a pivotal force in the continued success and efficiency of Source’s operations.

Originally from Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Luis now lives in The Woodlands, Texas with his wife, Li Fang.
