Steve brings more than two decades of executive sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth and building high-performing teams. Prior to joining Source Logistics, he spent over 20 years in the distribution industry, most recently as Executive Vice President of Sales leading a $3.3B portfolio.

Throughout his career, Steve has consistently delivered strong results by combining disciplined execution with customer-centric strategies. His experience includes leading large-scale national account relationships, driving margin expansion, and building structured commercial engines that improve pipeline visibility, conversion, and long-term value creation.
